Welcome to CutiePie. CutiePie is a 1-on-1 voice and video calling app operated for users in India. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the app. By downloading, accessing, creating an account, or using CutiePie, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. 1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use CutiePie. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.
  • If we discover an account belongs to a minor, we will delete it immediately and forfeit any unused coin balance or pending earnings on it.
  • You agree to use CutiePie in compliance with all applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986.

2. Account & Registration

  • Sign-up requires a valid Indian mobile number which is verified by OTP. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your profile and choose a curated avatar from CutiePie's in-app library. CutiePie does not allow uploading personal photos.
  • Each person may operate only one CutiePie account. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, abuse referral bonuses, or manipulate the coin economy is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your device secure.
  • CutiePie may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we believe is harming the community.

3. The CutiePie Service

  • CutiePie connects two users on a 1-on-1 voice or video call. Calls are routed through our infrastructure partner (Agora.io). The audio/video content of calls is not recorded by CutiePie; only metadata such as duration, participants, and timestamps is logged.
  • Women on CutiePie act as call receivers. Before going live, every woman must complete a short voice verification reviewed by a human moderator.
  • Men on CutiePie act as call initiators. Calls are paid per minute via the in-app coin economy described in Section 4.
  • CutiePie may disconnect, throttle, or moderate any call that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Coins, Payments & Earnings

  • Coins are CutiePie's in-app currency. They are not legal tender, have no value outside the app, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Coin purchases are processed by Razorpay in INR. Per-minute call rates and gift prices are visible inside the app and may be updated from time to time.
  • Earnings: Women earn coins for calls answered and gifts received. CutiePie deducts a platform commission (visible in-app) before crediting earnings. Earnings are converted to INR at the rates displayed in the app and can be withdrawn to a verified bank account or UPI ID, subject to a flat platform fee per withdrawal.
  • CutiePie's server-side billing log is the authoritative record of all coin movements, calls, and earnings.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your earnings on CutiePie. CutiePie may deduct TDS or other taxes as required by Indian law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use CutiePie to:

  • Engage in or solicit sexual, obscene, or pornographic conduct, including nudity on video calls.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or impersonate any person.
  • Solicit or share contact details, money, or services in exchange for sexual favours.
  • Share content involving minors in any sexualised context. Such activity is reported to law enforcement under Section 67B of the IT Act and the POCSO Act.
  • Distribute spam, advertisements, malware, phishing links, or external promotional content.
  • Use bots, automation, scripts, modified clients, emulator farms, or any technical means to manipulate calls, coins, earnings, or referral bonuses.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users.
  • Use CutiePie for any commercial purpose other than the in-app earner role offered to women.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of unused coins and pending earnings, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

6. Reporting & Moderation

Every user can report abusive behaviour from inside the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Where a report is verified, the offending account may be warned, suspended, or permanently banned, and we may share information with law enforcement when required.

7. Device-Level Enforcement

CutiePie operates a device-block system: in cases of fraud, repeated abuse, or other serious violations, we may block the underlying device from creating any future account on CutiePie, in addition to suspending the offending account.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, illustrations, software, and content (other than user-generated content) on CutiePie are the property of CutiePie or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the app.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

CutiePie is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that calls will always succeed, that you will form any specific connection on the app, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CutiePie's total liability arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid CutiePie in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability. CutiePie is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of opportunity, data, or goodwill.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CutiePie, its operators, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the app, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

You may stop using CutiePie at any time and delete your account from in-app settings. CutiePie may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Privacy

Your use of CutiePie is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we protect it.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of CutiePie after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
