Safety at CutiePie

CutiePie is built on one promise: that every voice and video call you make on our platform should feel safe. We are committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, adults-only environment for all our users. This page summarises how we protect you, how we keep minors off the platform, and how you can report unsafe behaviour. Last updated: 7 May 2026.

1. Adults-Only Platform (18+)

CutiePie is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Date of birth is collected at signup and we apply an age gate before account creation. We do not knowingly allow any user under 18 on the platform. If you suspect a minor is using CutiePie, please report it immediately to cutiepiesofficialone@gmail.com; the account will be reviewed and removed where confirmed.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

CutiePie strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation. Any content, communication, or behaviour involving the sexualisation or abuse of minors is not tolerated and will result in immediate account termination, device-level blocking, and reporting to Indian law enforcement under Section 67B of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the POCSO Act, 2012. We follow the Google Play Child Safety Standards.

3. How We Keep Calls Safe

  • Voice verification for women. Every woman on CutiePie passes a short voice verification reviewed by a human moderator before going live as a receiver. This blocks bots, fake profiles, and impersonation.
  • Avatar-only profiles. Profiles use curated avatars instead of selfies. Your face and personal photos are never uploaded.
  • Anonymous identity. Phone numbers are used only to log you in and are never displayed to other users.
  • Server-side billing & logs. Every call's metadata is logged on our servers so we can investigate any complaint accurately.
  • Block & report from inside any call. A single tap blocks a user from contacting you again and sends a report to our moderation team.
  • Device-level enforcement. Repeat offenders are not just account-banned — their underlying device is blocked from creating any future account on CutiePie.

4. Prohibited Behaviour

The following behaviours are not allowed on CutiePie and will result in immediate action:

  • Nudity, sexual content, or sexual solicitation on calls or in chat.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive language.
  • Sharing or requesting personal contact details (phone, social handles, payment details) to bypass the platform.
  • Asking for or offering money, gifts, or services in exchange for sexual favours.
  • Impersonating another person or using a fake identity.
  • Spam, advertisements, phishing, or promotion of external services.
  • Any conduct involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context.

5. Reporting Mechanism

If you experience or witness any unsafe content, message, or user activity — including activity that appears to involve CSAE or puts minors at risk — please report it through:

  • The "Report" option available on every profile and inside every call in the CutiePie app, or
  • Email us directly at cutiepiesofficialone@gmail.com with the offending user's display name, the approximate time of the incident, and a description.

6. Upon Receiving a Report

  • Our moderation team reviews the report within 24 hours (in most cases sooner).
  • The offending account is suspended pending review, with the offending content preserved for investigation.
  • Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of unused coins or pending earnings.
  • Where the conduct is criminal, evidence is preserved and shared with Indian law enforcement.
  • The reporter receives a confirmation of the outcome.

7. Tips for Staying Safe

  • Keep conversations on CutiePie. Do not share your phone number, address, social media handles, or financial details on calls or chat.
  • Never send money or pay anyone outside CutiePie's coin system. CutiePie will never ask you for payment outside the app.
  • Trust your instincts. If a call feels off, end it and report the user.
  • Use the block feature freely. Blocking is one-tap and prevents the other user from contacting you again.

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we discover that a minor has signed up, we delete the account and any associated data immediately.
