This Refund Policy explains when and how CutiePie issues refunds for in-app coin purchases. Coins are CutiePie's in-app currency, used to make 1-on-1 voice and video calls and to send virtual gifts. All payments are processed through Razorpay. Last updated: 7 May 2026.
Once a coin pack is purchased and credited to your CutiePie wallet, the purchase is final and non-refundable. This is because coins can be spent immediately on calls and gifts, and the value cannot be reclaimed once consumed. Please review the coin pack price and quantity carefully before completing the purchase.
If your payment is debited from your account but coins are not credited to your CutiePie wallet β or you are charged twice for the same purchase β we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, subject to confirmation by Razorpay and your bank. If you believe a transaction was made on your account without your authorisation, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction and inform your bank / UPI provider in parallel. We will freeze the affected account during investigation. Where the investigation confirms unauthorised use, we will refund the disputed amount to the original payment method.
If a confirmed CutiePie service outage prevented you from using coins you had just purchased, you may be eligible for either (a) a coin top-up of equivalent value, or (b) a refund to your original payment method. Outage-related claims must be raised within 7 days of the outage.
Withdrawals from women's earnings to bank accounts or UPI are processed within stated timelines inside the app. CutiePie applies a flat platform fee on every successful withdrawal (visible at the time of withdrawal). Once a withdrawal is initiated, it cannot be reversed; if the bank/UPI rejects the payout for invalid account details, the amount is credited back to your CutiePie earnings balance for re-initiation. Withdrawals are not "refunds" β for disputes related to earnings calculation, see Section 6.
If you believe your call earnings or commission have been calculated incorrectly, raise a ticket from the app or email cutiepiesofficialone@gmail.com with the call ID and date. We will review server-side records and respond within 5 business days. CutiePie's server-side billing is the authoritative record.
If your account is terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions (including fraud, abuse, harassment, or use by a minor), unused coin balances and pending earnings are forfeited and not refundable.
If you voluntarily delete your CutiePie account, any unused coin balance is forfeited and is not refundable. Pending eligible withdrawal amounts may be paid out at our discretion if a valid bank/UPI account is on file at the time of deletion.
All eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) through Razorpay. Once approved, refunds typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider. CutiePie does not issue cash, cheque, or alternate-method refunds.
